The company

This website is to help you buy a French property in Limousin, Centre, Poitou Charente and Loire Valley.   We will also soon be launching in the Brittany, Normandy, the Vendée and Aquitaine areas of France.

We currently work with 10 French contacts covering the parts of France shaded on our introduction map. The French properties (approximately 350 houses) on our books range in price from £4,000 to £400,000, some immediately available to move into and some are in need of part or full renovation.   

This prices shown on the site include our commission and all the agency fees but do not include the notarie's fees (legal fees) (approximately 7% of the price of the French house above £20,000, more below £20,000).

Exchange Rate
All prices shown in £ (sterling) on our site are calculated at the current exchange rate which we get from our bank.  The rate used in today's calculations is  .  This fluctuates daily and the prices shown reflect this daily change (except at weekends).
The £ (sterling) price shown on the right of the initial description INCLUDES ESTIMATED LEGAL FEES and is there as a guide only.

With regard to viewing properties we make the appointment for you with our contacts and we give you directions on how to meet them and they take you to see the properties.

For viewing we will need a list of requirements and a list of properties from our website.   We will need your full name and address, telephone number and a mobile number if you are taking one to France. We will then make all necessary appointments.

To make appointments, we normally need at least 1 week's notice.

We need to know when you arrive and leave France and at which port you dock.
We need to know which day you are available.
