Château of Chenonceau

Erected in the 16TH, Henry II offered the château to Diane de Poitiers, who launched its construction across the Cher and designed its gardens. Catherine de Médicis later took back the château and made several adjustments. Historical connotations, furnishings and tapestries. Unaccompanied visits. Information sheets available in english.
