This east facing property sits in a quiet hamlet a two minute drive from the main road to Limoges which is half an hour away. The nearest small town is Chateauneuf la Foret, five minutes away, which has all services and a lake with a beach. The larger 1000 hectares Lac de Vassiviere is a twenty minute drive away.

The property was built about 30 years ago and looks larger than it is.  The right hand end roof covers a hangar, adjacent to this to the left is the garage (with French window and net curtains……) this is accessed from the rear – the gravel drive sweeps round to the back.
