This property sits right in the middle of a small hamlet; it is surrounded by neighbours who all seem very friendly.  The hamlet is in exceptionally pretty walking countryside and yet just five minutes from the nearest village with all basic services.  Limoges is a ten-minute drive via the back roads.

At the back of the house, the storeroom and the barn are all in exposed stone.

The garden measures about 1000 m² - a ¼ acre - and it is grassed in front of the house.  The rest is, at the moment, a very large vegetable patch; it was to my left as I took the photo.
