House for complete renovation

This house is part of a group of buildings in a small hamlet, most of them are at least half fallen down. The one in the photo is the best of the bunch by far.  It comprises two rooms downstairs, two upstairs, a cellar and an attic, it needs complete renovation. There is a small garden in front, all of which is visible in the photo.

Opposite is a barn without a roof and to the right at right angles is another house in a bad state.  Behind is the brow of a hill, covered in young trees, nettles and brambles, within this is another barn in an advanced state of collapse.  Moving away from the ruins the overgrown area becomes more open, almost a cleared small field with a tiny stream running through - the whole property measures about an acre.

The hamlet is a five minute drive from Eymoutiers, a market town with all services and even a rail link into Limoges. The surrounding stunning countryside is perfect for long walks and pony treking.
