Renovated Stone House, Gîte, 2 Barns & Reception centre
with 8HA (18.60 acres) of adjoining Land.

Complex with Scope for Expansion!.

Opportunity to purchase a large renovated detached stone house, enormous barn, reception centre, Gite & detached barn set within 8 hectares of adjoining land  (4 acres wooded & the remainder paddocks/grassed). Not only are both the house & Gite completely renovated & ready to move into, but add a reception building & conference room  to the list & your horizons are limitless.

This property as a whole is in exceptional condition & is ideal for anyone wishing to do more than provide just Gite accommodation or Chambre d'Hotes. Adjacent to the largest of the 2 barns is a reception centre, complete with facilities to cater for conferences etc. Within the largest barn are 2 double sized stables complete with self feed water supply to each stall. Part of the upper level of the barn has had the floor boarded to provide a games room. To the side of the barn is an enclosed kennel area large enough for several dogs. Even the chickens have their own coup & enclosure to the rear.

The property has good road links, being less than 5 mins from the A20 & less than 15 mins from Limoges & the airport.
Until recently the property has operated under Gites de France, but no bookings have been taken for 2006 due to the impending sale. At present there is just the reception centre & a one bed roomed Gite, however the detached barn if converted would make a large rental property, whilst the largest barn could be converted to provide an activity centre or further guest accommodation.
