Based in Bourganeuf this B&B is ideally situated close to the centre of this thriving little town with its shops, bars, good sized supermarket and proximity to a host of activities including the Lac de la Vassiviére.
The house is easy to find (see maps below) and there is ample parking.
This lovely Chambres d'hotes has a swimming pool & pool room as well as a 3 bedroomed apartment for those wishing a longer stay in self catering accommodation in this lush part of the Limousin.

Le Petit Lac B&B is a 5 minute walk from the town centre of Bourganeuf for all bars, restaurants, and local square with shops although we are surrounded by countryside
to give a feel of seclusion.

All this to be enjoyed in the large, inviting Salon where many a pleasant evening has been
spent with guests.

Prices for Apartment
(per week) with self catering facilities

Peak Season (July/August) - €700/£500
High Season (May, June, Sept) - €550/£395
Rest of year - €350/£250

20% deposit required with balance payable either:

1) Sterling cheque 4 weeks before date of holiday

2) In €uros on arrival.
Longer lets, on a weekly basis, available by negotiation for house hunting or waiting for completion or renovation

All inclusive of linen, towels and heating

Please note that there is a no smoking policy throughout the accommodation with a designated area outside for smokers.

No Pets please

Children welcome but please be aware that there is a lake and swimming pool at the property though both are fenced
